The move will see the Moore Stephens Adelaide's business advisory team join Bentleys SA, with the latter seeking to reinforce the firm’s local and international strategic and contemporary advisory offering.

“Our industry is rapidly changing,” said Michael Ruggiero, managing partner of Bentleys SA.

“It is critical that we continue to innovate and evolve to support the changing needs and aspirations of our clients,” he added.

Bentleys’ current specialisations include wealth management, tax consulting, corporate recovery and SMSF advisory, while its non-traditional services include finance brokerage and consulting, R&D tax incentives, management consulting, marketing and cloud solutions.

Mr Ruggiero said the merger will enhance the firm's capacity to "deliver specialist and non-traditional services".

"In an ever-changing and competitive environment, we are committed to providing contemporary services and specialisation that will deliver greater value for our clients.”

Commenting on the merger, Peppe Fusco, the managing partner of Moore Stephens Adelaide, said: “This is a significant event for Moore Stephens Adelaide. We are excited to be joining the Bentleys SA team and to be pursuing a strategy of innovation and diversification for the benefit of our clients.”
