Andrew Pearce will join McLean Delmo Bentleys as partner in the Melbourne office. McLean Delmo Bentleys is part of the Bentleys Australian network.

Mr Pearce will lead the digital, innovation and IT enablement division, focusing on helping clients adapt to, and thrive in, the fast-changing business environment.

John Delmo, managing partner at McLean Delmo Bentleys, welcomed Mr Pearce to the firm, saying his expertise will help boost the firm’s digital offering.

“We are delighted that Andrew has joined the firm,” Mr Delmo said. “Andrew’s deep expertise in the area of digital, innovation and analytics will help our clients thrive in a digitally enabled, data-rich, fast-changing world.

“With over 20 years’ experience, Andrew has domestic and international expertise working with organisations of all sizes, all of which are massively impacted by a fast-moving tidal wave of technological change.

“He will use this experience to help clients turn this change into value that helps them achieve their business goals.”

Mr Pearce said he is excited by the opportunity to help clients explore their digital capabilities.

“We will use our close relationships and understanding of their businesses, to help them drive value and succeed in the digital age,” he said.

Several senior staff have left Crowe Horwath since the firm was acquired by Findex in January of this year, including the entire C-suite, which was made redundant, and Western Australian managing partner Geoff Kidd, who had led the WA firm for 19 years.
