Pitcher Partners announces new practice

Business

Pitcher Partners has announced the formation of a new specialised practice to complement its existing business advisory services.

By Michael Masterman 8 minute read

The firm has formed a new human resources practice, and is recruiting HR specialist Adam Kreuzer to lead the new division.

Mr Kreuzer previously ran his own consultancy, World HR, providing outsourced HR services to e-commerce, property development, cultural heritage, IT and financial services.

“Adam brings with him an in-depth knowledge and experience garnered from some of Australia’s iconic businesses,” said Pitcher Partners deputy managing partner Adrian Fitzpatrick.

“He has the ability to solve clients’ people matters and operate as the outsourced HR department for growing middle-market clients by leveraging the firm’s across-the-board expertise to provide strategic advice.”

Mr Fitzpatrick said the new practice was created in response to evolving client needs, which include more than just advisory services.

“Our new human resources division crosses over the firm’s range of expertise in accounting, audit and business advisory where HR can be affected by a range of events such as business transactions, insolvency etc.

“HR has a tangible value and is a strategic part of any business no matter what the size and where it is located,” Mr Fitzpatrick said.

The new Pitcher Partners practice provides two streams of human resources offerings: the first as an HR consulting and advisory service on a project and as-needed basis, including special human resources matters and planning. The second is providing human resources outsourcing in a tiered subscription model where the firm provides a dedicated HR operation to growing middle-market clients across a range of channels.
