Cloud-based analytics tool launched

Business

Einsights has announced the launch of the first self-service, cloud-based business analytics tool available in Australia.

By Michael Masterman 8 minute read

Releasing the software, Einsights CEO Sandeep Rao said the analytics tool brings data mining and performance metrics together to allow businesses to make sense of their data.

Brought to market with no high overheads or long implementation cycles, Mr Rao said businesses of all sizes can now take advantage of analytics software.

“Most companies globally have been locked out of business intelligence software due to high licensing, implementation and maintenance costs,” he said.

"Businesses everywhere are overflowing with data, but they often struggle to derive timely insights from that data. Hiring analysts or purchasing software suites is costly and adds unnecessary complexity to the executives' decision-making process. Einsights helps users make sense of all that data quickly, painlessly, and affordably whether it comes from Excel spreadsheets or proprietary systems."

According to a statement from Einsights, the software allows the user to connect to a dataset which they can then analyse to give them a visual dashboard of all the business data they load. To view different information the user enters a query just as they do in a search engine. Data from client applications is auto-synced with Einsights’ dashboard, resulting in 24/7 mobile and web access to information.

“Executives don't just want all their data inputs available on all their devices. They want thinking tools that will be one step ahead so they can unlock profits in their business. Tools that will make their decision-making process faster, with all the accurate information."

“Einsights business analytics software is now being used and trialled in Australia and globally in a number of industry sectors including consulting, media, financial services, insurance, digital marketing, hospitality and retail distribution and logistics. We expect an exponential growth with more than 1,000 users in Australia alone by 2015,” Mr Rao said.

Einsights was founded in 2012 and has six offices located across Australia, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, US and Vietnam.
