Former PwC specialist named Tricor Group’s new Australian CEO

APAC business expansion specialist Tricor Group has confirmed it has appointed a Certified Public Accountant as its new CEO of Australia.

Richard Beattie has been appointed CEO of Australia of Tricor Group, reporting to Lennard Yong, group CEO.

Mr Beattie is a Certified Public Accountant and has previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax specialist. He has worked at Tricor for over two decades, having been promoted to director of business services for Tricor Hong Kong in 2013.

Mr Beattie’s new role as CEO of Australia will see him responsible for leading the commercial development and operations of the Australia business.

“I am pleased to announce Richard Beattie’s promotion as CEO, Tricor Australia, with full responsibility for the business, corporate, human resources and payroll, corporate trust and debt services,” said Lennard Yong, Tricor Group CEO.

“Having been with Tricor for over 20 years, Richard has demonstrated his professionalism in client servicing, capability in revenue generation and loyalty to the company. I am confident he will continue to enhance our services to clients and unlock the potential of businesses in Australia.

“At the same time, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tony Dormer for his significant contribution and commitment to Tricor Australia with his leadership as the former managing director.”
