Daryl Bossert has been appointed as a director in Vincents’ Adelaide office to head up its national business improvement consulting services.

Managing director David Rose welcomed Mr Bossert, noting the appointment will further strengthen and build on Vincents’ offering to clients.

The appointment of Mr Bossert also comes as part of Vincents’ goal to ensure scalable infrastructure is in place to help businesses capitalise on rapid growth trajectory phases.

“A common barrier for businesses looking to scale up is a lack of efficient systems and structures — physical and organisational — to handle the complexities in communication and the decisions that come with growth,” Mr Rose said.

Mr Bossert has over 20 years’ experience with the Defence Force and will bring critical practice in business improvement, IT development, cyberspace security and analytics.

“We are confident that Mr Bossert’s particular skill set will bolster our consulting service as we continue to empower our clients to advance their processes, implement reform and increase efficiency,” Mr Rose said, “ultimately resulting in substantial productivity gains and bright futures for them as they face the future.”
